Product Designer (UI/UX)

Summary

Supplyframe is looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX), working closely with the Engineering team in developing products used by millions of Hardware Designers and Purchasing Agents across the Electronics Supply Chain. This is a hands-on role in which you will be making a significant contribution to the growth of existing products and the success of new product initiatives.

A commitment to exquisite aesthetics and elegant UI/UX is expected. This candidate must have an internal drive to create, communicate, and collaborate. This position will report to the VP of Engineering and is located in Pasadena, CA.

Responsibilities
  • Design intuitive interfaces that optimize user interaction and experience
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to improve existing products and bring new concepts to life
  • Planning and conducting user research and user testing
  • Help to develop style guide documentation
  • Create process flow-charts, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
  • Follow both large and small projects through, beyond delivery
  • Evangelize UX throughout the organization
Required Skills
  • Previous experience in product design or UX/UI Design creating digital products
  • Online portfolio with examples of UI/UX design
  • Understanding of SaaS and Enterprise software
  • Previous experience designing software
  • Demonstrable understanding of design principles
  • A user-centric mindset
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Basic knowledge of CSS, HTML is nice to have
